‍What the change means for your care

If you have been a patient of Professor Marcos Sforza, or you were researching him ahead of a consultation, you may have noticed a change. The Marcos Sforza clinic and N1 Plastic Surgery now operate as one clinic, N1 by Professor Sforza, at 15 Harley Street.

Professor Sforza remains the founding surgeon. Your care continues as it was, with a wider surgical team behind it. Here is what that means for you.

What has not changed

Professor Sforza is still here. He is still operating, consulting, and setting the clinical standard of the clinic.

Your surgeon has not changed. If you were booked with Professor Sforza, you are still booked with Professor Sforza. The same applies to every surgeon on the team.

Your records came with you. Your consultation notes, treatment plan, imaging, and post-operative history all moved across intact.

The address has not changed. We are at Harley Street, where we have always been.

The surgeons you can now see

N1 brings together three consultant surgeons. Each has a defined area of depth, and you are seen by the surgeon whose experience fits what you need.

Professor Marcos Sforza trained under Professor Ivo Pitanguy in Rio de Janeiro and has completed more than 5,000 breast surgery procedures. He has written more than 100 peer-reviewed publications and serves as an examiner for the Intercollegiate Exam at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. At N1, he works with patients needing complex primary breast surgery, revision surgery, and correction after procedures performed elsewhere.

Dr Foued Hamza has more than 25 years of consultant-level experience in body contouring, breast surgery, and fat transfer. He leads our lipoedema programme, offering a surgical pathway for a condition that is frequently misdiagnosed and undertreated.

Professor Ash Mosahebi was among the first surgeons in the UK to perform VASER liposuction. He works across body contouring, breast reshaping, and facial rejuvenation.

Shorter waits for the right appointment. Professor Sforza's operating time is limited by design. He takes on the patients whose surgery is most demanding. If Dr Hamza or Professor Mosahebi is the right surgeon for your procedure, you can be seen sooner.

One record and one point of contact. Your treatment plan, consultation notes, and recovery resources sit in one place, available to you around the clock through the Adoreal platform.

Consistent technology across the clinic. Crisalix 3D imaging supports every treatment plan, so you can preview a potential result during your consultation, take the images home, and decide on your own timeline. Implant options include Motiva and JOY. The Silhouette pre-consultation tool lets you set out your questions and goals before you arrive, so your consultation starts where it should.

If you are already a patient

You do not need to do anything. Your appointments, records, and surgeon remain intact. If you had a login for the old Marcos Sforza booking system, your details have been moved across, and you will use the N1 system going forward.

If you cannot find something, or a confirmation looks wrong, call the clinic and we will sort it out.
