How do we use your personal data?

Your name, e-mail address and telephone number are used so that we can respond to your enquiry and send you important information regarding your booking, treatment and aftercare. Where you have subscribed, they may also be used to send you our newsletter or marketing information by e-mail.

We rely on the following lawful bases:

• Performance of a contract or steps taken at your request — to respond to your enquiry and manage your booking.
• Consent — for marketing e-mails, and for analytics and advertising cookies and the measurement activity described below. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
• Legal obligation — where we are required to retain records by law.

Health information

If your enquiry or treatment involves information about your health, this is treated as special category data. We process it only for the purposes of providing healthcare, on the basis of Article 9(2)(h) UK GDPR, or with your explicit consent where that applies.

We never use health or treatment information for advertising or marketing measurement purposes.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or for as long as we are required to by law. Medical records are retained in line with applicable statutory retention periods. After this, your personal data is deleted.

Who has access to your personal data?

Your data is stored securely. Within our organisation, access is limited to staff who need it in order to handle your enquiry, booking or care.

We also use a limited number of third-party providers who process personal data on our behalf — for example website hosting, our booking and enquiry tools, our e-mail and CRM systems, and analytics and advertising measurement providers such as Google. These providers act only on our documented instructions under written data processing agreements, and may not use your data for their own purposes.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Advertising and measurement

Where you have consented to advertising cookies and similar technologies, we measure how our online advertising performs. As part of this, information you provide in a form on our website — such as your e-mail address or telephone number — may be converted in your browser into a hashed (irreversible, pseudonymised) form and shared with Google LLC, so that Google can tell us whether an advertisement led to your enquiry. Google refers to this feature as "enhanced conversions".

We share this data only so that these measurement services can be performed on our behalf. We do not share information about the treatment or procedure you enquired about, your medical history, or any clinical information for advertising purposes, and we do not use this data to target advertising based on any health condition.

Google acts as our processor for this purpose under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms.

Our lawful basis for this processing is your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page, or by e-mailing us at [email protected]. Withdrawing your consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.

Where your data is stored

Your personal data is stored within the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. Where a provider we use processes data outside these areas, we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can request a copy of these safeguards by contacting us.

What are your rights?

You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold on you at any time. If your data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can ask to have the information corrected or removed. We cannot remove your data where there is a legal requirement to retain it, such as medical record-keeping or accounting rules, or where there are other legitimate grounds to keep it.

You also have the right to receive a copy of your data in a portable format, to ask us to restrict how we use it, and to object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests. You can withdraw your consent to us using your data for marketing purposes at any time by contacting us by e-mail.

Information about cookies
